
ADMISSION FORMS FOR CLASSES LOWER NURSERY TO IX & CLASS XI (SCIENCE, COMMERCE, HUMANITIES) FOR THE SESSION 2023-24 ARE AVAILABLE AT THE SCHOOL CAMPUS AS WELL AS ONLINE
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARENTS
- An amount of Rs. 2100/- to be deposited at the school office as registration fees and for the prospectus within 2 working days from the date of issuance of the form , failing to do so the form stands cancelled .
- The following documents are to be submitted at the time of Registration :
- Duly filled and signed registration form.
- 6 Coloured passport-size photographs of the student and a family photograph of Father , Mother with their ward in the center ( passport size ).
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or any other competent authority. Original Birth Certificate will be required for verification.
- Photocopy of Adhaar Card of the student.
- Photocopy of Final marksheet of last academic session / Mid – term marksheet of current academic session.
- Caste Certificate (Applicable for SC/ST/OBC.)
- Incomplete or illegible Registration Forms will be considered invalid.
- Registration is followed by an interaction for which date and time will be intimated on the day of registration.
- Registration does not imply admission which is subject to admission test and interaction and the availability of seats.
- Admission to Nursery – Class II will be through observation/interaction.
- Students seeking Admission in classes III – IX should appear for a written test followed by an interaction with the Principal.
- It is strictly advised that the parents should fill – in the registration form themselves. In case of absence of the parent, the authorized local guardian may fill in the form . The same local guardian’s signature should be endorsed in the ALMANAC if the child gets admission.
- Care must be taken to ensure that the date of birth mentioned in the Registration Form tallies with that on the original Birth Certificate.
- Transfer Certificate to be submitted before the commencement of the academic session 2022-23(i.e. by April 2023).Admission will stand cancelled in case the transfer certificate is not submitted in time.
- In case of interstate transfers from CBSE Schools the Transfer Certificate should be uploaded on the website of the last school attended for verification. In case of interstate transfers from Non CBSE schools the Transfer certificate should be counter signed by the D.I. of schools or R.O. / E.O. of the Boards.
- T.C. to be submitted within 15 days of admission in case of admission to the school is taken after the commencement of the session due to transfer of job of the parent or relocation of the family. Admission will stand cancelled and no refund of fees will be made in case T.C. is not submitted in time.
INSTRUCTION FOR CANDIDATES
- Both copies of Admit Card to be brought at the time of Admission test.
- Candidates should report 30 mins in advance on the day of the admission test.
- Candidates should bring their own pencil/pen/colour pencils/geometry box / water bottle and a small bottle of sanitizer .
- Wearing of mask, maintaining safe distance, frequent handwash / use of sanitizer is mandatory on the school campus.
INSTRUCTION FOR PARENTS
- Application form to be collected online or from the school office on payment of Rs. 1750/-
- Registration process to be completed within 2 days of collecting the registration form and prospectus online or at the school office on payment of Rs. 2100/-

- ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA for Applying for Admission in Class XI .
*For Science – 80% in aggregate and Min. 85% In Mathematics (preferably Standard Mathematics for CBSE students ) & Science.
*For Commerce – 70% in aggregate and Min. 75% in Mathematics .
*For Humanities – 65% in aggregate and 75% In English .
*Students with Standard Mathematics ( for CBSE students ) can only opt for Mathematics in Class XI .

- T.C to be submitted within 15 days of admission in case of admission to the school is taken after the commencement of the session due to transfer of job of the parent or relocation of the family.
